Thank You

Thank You

I am VERY pleasantly surprised and am completely warm and fuzzy after having been given the Versatile Blogger Award by a blogger I have come to thoroughly enjoy, Jodie Ambrose. PLEASE do click right HERE to visit her straight up, no BS blog. She rocks and I thank her sincerely.

So…The rules for this award are as follows:

If you are nominated, you’ve been awarded the Versatile Blogger Award.

  •  Thank the person who gave you this award. That’s common courtesy.
  •  Include a link to their blog. That’s also common courtesy — if you can figure out how to do it.
  •  Next, select 15 blogs/bloggers that you’ve recently discovered or follow regularly. ( I would add, pick blogs or bloggers that are excellent!)
  •  Nominate those 15 bloggers for the Versatile Blogger Award — you might include a link to this site.
  •  Finally, tell the person who nominated you 7 things about yourself.

I’ll start with the 7 things about me:

  1. My senior citizen cat has dementia and the meds I’ve started giving her the past few days to calm her down seem to be making her worse. This sounds like it’s about my cat, not about me, but if you were listening to her meow randomly at high volume and wished you could somehow help her have some peace, you’d feel like it was kinda about you too.
  2. I love my apartment and my village and being more independent than I’ve ever been in my life.
  3. I used to be a beekeeper and hope to have beehives again someday.
  4. I developed and made (in my kitchen) a line of beeswax cosmetics while I had bees.
  5. I love putting clothes on the line.
  6. I love yoga.
  7. I love any kind of food with raisins added to it or baked into it.

My favourite blogs….I’m still fairly new at blog writing and following, but I’ll give you the ones I particularly think deserve this award. I nominate for, and therefore award to, the following blogs, the Versatile Blogger Award.
